The author offers an amusing description of encountering the bankers in the branch, who were “of medium height, slightly but firmly built, forty or forty-one years of age, and stand in an easy attitude, with nothing about them to suggest their vocation save that they keep their hands in their trouser-pockets”. It was this, and his friend’s instruction to stop acting in such a “harum scarum way”, that prompted Barrie to finally concede that a bank account was needed, despite his misgivings. In the piece, ‘How I joined Barclays bank’, Barrie describes how a hole in his waistcoat pocket caused his sovereigns – which he received for selling small crossed cheques – to run around him “like mice in a wall”. While no formal records survive, Barclays archivists have unearthed an article written by Barrie in Spread Eagle (a staff magazine) about how he came to be a customer. Barrie (1860-1937), the Scottish playwright and author of Peter Pan, opened an account at Pall Mall East, London – a Barclay & Co’s bank – in 1931. Just extract to your recursion installation folder, then load the voice pack from tools>options>audio>load. There are only a few triggers that only have 1 sound file. MOST of the triggers use an array of sound files so it will hopefully add some variety to your game-play. I decided I wanted to update this and went from 143 -> 304 voice clips but let me know what you all think. The units range from C&C Gold to Generals. I always thought this game feels like it takes place in the same Universe. I had this posted about 2 years ago but I decided I would do some updates on it. Many of the new files are from the Movie Actors from YR 1.000. I created this new post as updating old posts doesn't bump threads, and I couldn't change the thread title. Increased some of the volumes, cleaned up some audio, added patch notes in the readme, and added a few new files.

I also added 30 tracks which were previously unused. I broke a lot of triggers in version 3 so they defaulted back to recursion voice packs. This version comes with a showcase video. If you don't have enough triggers playing, you can select the "sound per kill" option.Ī bunch of triggers were still linked to the wrong location. Once the files are in the proper location select the voice pack via Tools>Options>Audio>Load and select the appropriate rtst_vpk file.
